This Privacy Policy explains how Homvia LLC, doing business as Quietkeep ("we", "us"), the online home-goods store at shophomvia.com, and our internal tool Quietkeep Uploader collect, use and protect information.

1. Quietkeep Uploader and YouTube API Services

Quietkeep Uploader is an internal tool used only by the Quietkeep team to upload short product videos to our own YouTube channel (@quietkeephome) and to read basic statistics about our own channel and videos. It uses the YouTube API Services.

• By using Quietkeep Uploader you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google's privacy practices apply to data processed through the YouTube API Services: Google Privacy Policy.
• Data accessed: an OAuth access/refresh token for our own Google account, and our own channel's public information (channel name, video IDs, view, like and comment counts) and the video files and metadata (title, description, tags) that we upload.
• How it is used: only to publish our own product videos and to measure how they perform. We do not access other users' YouTube data, we do not sell, share or transfer any YouTube API data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
• Storage: the OAuth token is stored only on our own computer. Channel statistics are stored on our private server for up to 12 months and then deleted.
• Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
• We do not use cookies or similar technologies in Quietkeep Uploader.

2. Store customers

When you browse or buy from our store we may collect the information needed to process your order: name, shipping address, email, phone number and order details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers. We use this information only to fulfil and support your order, send order updates, and comply with legal obligations. Order details are shared only with the fulfilment and shipping partners required to deliver your package.

Our website may use cookies and analytics/advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel) to understand site performance and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

3. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

4. Children

Our store and tools are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
